LIONS CLUB MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Effective for all Unlimited Plans – Haircut and Haircut & Beard

1. Membership Overview

The LIONS CLUB is an exclusive subscription designed for clients who want to maintain an impeccable appearance through unlimited grooming services and exclusive benefits. By subscribing, the client agrees to all terms outlined below.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

2.1. Scheduling Responsibility:
Clients are fully responsible for booking their services via the Vagaro app, in person, or by phone.

2.2. One Appointment at a Time:
Members may schedule only one service at a time. After completing an appointment, the next may be booked.

2.3. Included Services:
Services covered by each plan are listed in the app under the “LIONS CLUB” category. Beard services are not included in the haircut-only membership.

2.4. Late Arrivals:
We allow a 5-minute grace period. After that, the appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show.

3. No-Shows, Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1. No-Shows:
The first no-show results in a warning. The second and subsequent no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

3.2. Cancellations:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a full service charge.

3.3. Plausible Justifications:
Valid reasons for no-show or delay may be evaluated. We count on common sense and mutual respect.

4. Payments & Renewal

4.1. Automatic Payments:
Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled beforehand.

4.2. Payment Responsibility:
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their payment method is active and has available funds.

4.3. Failed Payments:
If payment fails, the benefits will be temporarily suspended. Clients have 5 business days to regularize payment before the membership is automatically canceled.

4.4. Refunds:
No refunds are provided for already-paid months. However, access remains valid until the end of the paid cycle.

5. Cancellation Terms

5.1. Cancellation Deadline:
Cancellations must be requested at least 10 days before the next billing date.

5.2. Service Use After Cancellation:
Clients may continue using services until the end of their current billing cycle.

5.3. Reactivation Waiting Period:
If a client cancels their membership, a 60-day waiting period applies before reactivation.

6. Membership Rules

6.1. Non-Transferable:
Memberships are personal and may not be transferred or shared.

6.2. Behavior Policy:
Any disrespect toward staff or violation of store policy may result in immediate termination of the membership.

6.3. Price Adjustments:
Membership prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

6.4. Extra Benefits:
Promotional perks or gifts may be offered occasionally. Members are encouraged to check for updates regularly.

7. Booking Guide – Step by Step

To book your appointment:

  1. Log in to the Vagaro app using the account tied to your subscription.

  2. Go to the “Services” section and choose the LIONS CLUB category.

  3. Select your desired service (Haircut, Lineup, Headshave, Buzz).

  4. Add-ons for hair are eligible for a 10% discount.

  5. Products purchased in-store also receive a 10% discount.

❗ Beard services are not included in haircut-only plans and do not receive discounts.

8. Agreement & Modifications

By subscribing, you agree to comply with all the above terms. The Lions Lounge Barbershop may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the membership implies acceptance of the new terms.
